Trigas have both installed and serviced our boiler for many years with great competence and courtesy. On 16 October the heating and hot water system failed: we called Richard of Trigas and he came examined the boiler in detail and when it failed to fire he examined the gas flow and found a blockage. He called Cadent, waited for their engineer to arrive and explained the problem. It was resolved but really at the initiative of Richard.
